The staff´s customer service made our stay very pleasant. Rooms need maintenance and cleaning. The room had the following problems: The water faucet had a leak, thus the top was always wet. The toilet was clogged the moment we got to the room, and it had a leak which wet the floor. The toilet lid was lose and it moved when you sat down. I checked on the screws and nut to tighten it, and noticed the nuts where installed backwards, therefore did not tighten properly. I was able to fix one.
