Decent hotel in a poor area. Loud and construction zone. Location is near highway and construction. Loud in rooms and entire surroundings. They give earplugs on check in (hint). Room was large and comfortable. Staff friendly. Continental breakfast organized and stocked.

Awesome
Big, comfy room & nice staff Location - kind of a sketchy part of town. We took the train & walked from the station (about half mile) ended up taking lyft back since so many homeless. Also nothing super close by except a subway and a gas station mini-market. (Clearly would've been different if we'd had a car.) Bed was super-comfy, and all staff we encountered were very nice. Good breakfast - waffles, fruit, yogurt & biscuits/gravy.

Pleasant We has little problems at first with staff but it was misunderstanding then we stayed a extra night they charge us more which they shouldn't because we stayed for 3 nights then they took almost double the amount off of my husband credit card and now he has to wait 7 days for the refund our room was really plain too also I fill out a card to get points never seen nothing on my email. I like the pool and some of the office people were very helpful

clean and nice once inside. I wish the restaurant had been open longer as that was the reason I chose it and them it ws closed around 10 PM ? others were wanting food also. My GPS gave me some odd directions and I accidentally found it okay in a very busy freeway area. . . could have been a disaster. some transients around. Nice bed and air conditioning, all amenities after I forgave you for not having a restaurant after 10:00 pm
