The stay was good,, perfect location for the Tacoma Dome.. Don't depend on taxis after an event Parking lot was too small for the guests.. no real dining facility and is the middle of nowhere for any other real meals Has a small selection of snacks ,, but nothing gluten free The bed was comfy and the complimentary breakfast was good..Staff were excellent.

Good I needed an extra blanket I needed an extra blanket. I used towels
Exceptional Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced. Room was spacious, only issue was the mattress which was too hard for my personal taste.
Good except the bartender Bartender was terrible waited for ten minutes, then a bunch of people came in and formed a line...she asked me if I had been served told her no then she said to go to the back of the line. So I told her I was here before them and she said oh sorry but you still need to go to the back of the line...so I left didn't get any drinks or dinner like we were going to. Nice place. Staff was good.
Other than the problem above we had a good stay. We didn't know that to keep the A/C from automatically coming on every 15 minutes for 5-7 seconds when the heater-A/C is off to keep the heater on at 60-62 degrees. We don't like to sleep with the heater on and our heads kept getting blasted with cold air. The first front desk person I spoke with said she would put in a request to maintenance. I would not hesitate to book here again! As this property is very close to the Tacoma Dome and concert goers often stay here, it would be great to have a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Taxis were difficult to come by, though we all had been told that there would be plenty. That said, the staff was very supportive and did everything they could to get extra taxis to the hotel. Finding a cab or an Uber from the venue back to the hotel was a nightmare. Especially with three days of five back to back shows, a shuttle service ... read more
