Very Good View from room and location Staff very friendly and helpful
I had a very nice stay at this hotel and I would definitely return. I am in a wheelchair (a paraplegic). I am completely independent and that I don't need anyone's help with my personal needs. At the same time, it's nice when things are made a little easier. The only problem I had with my room that is labeled a "disability room" is that aside from a couple handrails, the shower is not disability friendly. Fair The rooms are cold and uncomfortable. I found 2 spiders in my room and a bug in my bed. Staff are very friendly though. Too bad the hotel needs a refurb and good clean.
Exceptional We wish the lounge would have stayed open later, 10 seemed a little early for a Saturday. Easy to get to from the freeway, very clean and comfortable

It worked. Had some great points, had a couple of issues. Your idea of a double bed is a joke - 2 adults can't fit together on that comfortably. We had to sleep separate and that's NOT what I paid for. Pool / spa closes to early. Bar scheduled to close to early for an event night -especially a Saturday night, we were rushed - would have spent more time and money there socializing with friends. No reason to schedule a midnight close and only stay open until 1 when you have a room full of well behaved people spending money. Pr... read more
