Not what it's cracked up to be They took extra money off my card that they said would go back on it and it never did. I liked that it was close to the Tacoma dome. And some staff was polite.
It was fun. There was nothing in walking distance for entertainment and/or shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Good Stay There was no amenities in the room (no soap, shampoo, and a nearly gone roll of toilet paper). Not sure what happened there, but the front desk was apologetic and got us what we needed right away! The continental breakfast was light, but there was the option to buy more off of their restaurants menu. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, quick and easy to communicate with.
Good We went to Tacoma to attend a concert at the Tavoma. This hotel is well,within walking distance of the dome. We also,visited The Rustom area which is under development. When completed it should be the place in Tavoma to visit

Good and relax time at la quinta Lack of breakfast variety.
Relaxing by the pool before Tim McGraw Concert Very close to the Tacoma Dome but not really walkable like we anticipated. Very easy to the dome via Uber or taxi - we walked back as difficult to get taxi or Uber. Not a problem as a beautiful day . . and only a mile. The pool was clean and had morning and afternoon sunshine. Staff very friendly. Liked charging incidentals to room. Close to the Tacoma Dome for our concert. Also explored Tacoma the next day - wonderful waterfront to explore near the Museum of Glass and discovere... read more
