Not a good night I received an unwanted and unrequested wakeup call at 3AM. This was completely unsatisfactory and the woman at the desk merely said she'd "check in to it". I'm not very happy with you.

Nice place but need to up their housekeeping. Room not cleaned everyday so had pizza box in room for almost 24 hours. Halls not vacuumed. Staff nice.
Pleasant The receptionist was by far the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She actually put the phone down while a colleague of mine tried to work with her to fix a problem, which had been caused by her failure to read the comment section of the form I submitted when booking online. I gave her an opportunity to explain the mistake, and I tried to calmly explain her my side, but she constantly interrupted me. this was a very comfortable, clean and.friendly hotel. Pillows all huge thick monsters. You need to.have at least 1 thinner pillow in every room. Having an excellent restaurant on site was a great bonus.
Good bathroom smelled musty good location next to freeway, nice lounge with pool table, friendly staff
We will return again :) Construction around the area made it hard to get to the hotel. No microwave or mini fridge in our room. Cigarette butts in front of the restaurant and all over the parking lot. It's great that it's a nonsmoking hotel, but people who smoke outside should utilize the ashtrays provided, or in their cars. Beds were comfortable; updated, renovated room was nice, but tub/shower was not new (We've stayed her once before the renovations).
