Rotten We had a large blood stain on our mattress which we did not find out until our third night. Our fourth night there was a fire at the hotel and we had to evacuate for an hour and then when we got to our room it smelled like smoke the whole night. The manager Anna claims she never our message then after calling her three times she said she would pay for three nights then ended up paying for 50% of our bill. We are disappointed and disgusted and want a full refund! Nothing

Will not recommend TV did not work. Lights near bed did not work. Mattress broken down and needs to be replaced. Bathroom lacked amenities.
Common areas were nice, refreshed. Rooms were a big disappointment. Breakfast was bad. For the price. This location was very old and run down in the room. Heater marginal, door had gaps, fresh-ish paint over old walls. Old fixtures all showing lots of wear. Not great
Ok but could be better No Outlets for smart devices at bedside Half sized pillows No maid service Mattress quality No warm blanket even though Winter and Weather Warn (snow, wind and very low temperatures) Breakfast was OK on Saturday but not tasty on Sunday
Good location for ohr trip needs and wonderful desk staff. One of our toilets was broken and wouldn't flush from the beginning of our stay. It was never fixed. The hideabed mattress waa stained and Springs were sticking out one side. Location and employees were great.
Awful worst hotel experience Bed had stains including something that looked like a blood stains. Room service said they were normal stains… no that was far worse than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Hotel staff was very rude and aggressive when confronted by dirty mattress. Nothing
