Comfortable, accessable, quiet and convenient. No negetives. Check in was easy. The bed was wonderful. And the location was vey quiet even with it being full and having the train nearby.

Good Expensive due to location, would expect higher quality and security to match price Friendly staff

Pleasant Didn't care for the 5 min wait at the front desk as the staff was attempting to work something out. Would have preferred a king size as it was only myself and didn't need 2 beds Very nice hotel, decor is very appealing.

Short but nice. The location. Area is kinda seedy for such a nice hotel. Had a shirtless homeless women yelling outside. Clean, nice staff and the bed was comfortable.
Went for kpop concert, drove far, comfy beds Hotel has a very small and limited selection of snacks and the prices were so overpriced. $3 for a water, $7 reg bag of chips, no other items like toothbrush or Tylenol available. Also the hotel is surrounded by houseless people, not safe to walk at night, breakfast could’ve had more options…. Close to event
