Exceptional Needed brighter light in bathroom Very nice hotel, wonderful staff, good security, great breakfast
Good The heater/air conditioning unit was a kinda loud. I guess we could have complained about it, but seemed like too much trouble. Everything was pretty much "fine". Breakfast was fine, beds were fine, no complaints about cleanliness or staff, etc. Though overall wasn't expecting much. We chose this location primarily because it was cost effective and close to were we needed to be for a few days.

Great location to Tacoma Dome The rain....but not the fault if the hotel, they were awesome Very nice staff and the building was a good size, lobby is huge! Room was a good size, the heater was quite noisy and we did find a hair on the bathtub ledge. Didnt say anything as it was super busy and wasnt that big a deal. Staff at the front desk were super nice, night audit may want to pay attention to who is in the lobby, as we could have walked away with all the snacks in the snack room. Knew what to expect, so O.K. with the disappointments and enjoyed what was good about the stay... See above for both likes and dislikes... Breakfast never changed, no meat selection, pool and spa down, coffe in lobby only between 6am and 10 am, regardless of when you check in, no covered outside smoking area...other than than that pretty O.K. By choice had no maid service for the week...didn't want a stranger in my room with valuables....
