Far exceeded expectations The only drawback for me was that there wasn't a place to sit outside for a cigarette with my morning coffee. However, given the location, it's understandable. It would not deter me from staying here again. CLEAN, staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was delicious! They exceeded all expectations I had. The room was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

Definitely best than I expected for the area! The room around the ceiling was definitely falling apart, painting chipping and chalking struggling to hold. The bed wasn't comfortable. The staff were amazing. The manager went above and beyond for her customers! The lobby was super inviting and clean! The breakfast was good, not a lot to really choose from, but it got us fed. The rooms were quiet with minimal outside sound. The water got nice and hot! The property is fenced with minimal entry points (great for the area).
Great place to stay for Tacoma Dome show, just go elsewhere for breakfast! Breakfast was terrible - all pastries and waffles, no choices for gluten free guests so I didn’t get to eat… also overpriced as hell for the night I stayed (assuming because of the concert). Clean spacious room with fridge and microwave, free parking, walking distance to Tacoma Doma for a show!
