Good Our booking was not in their computer when we arrived, but the supervisor was able to get us a room and a reduced rate. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Appreciated the free continental breakfast. Good proximity to the casino.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Need triple pain windows and softer beds. The interstate noise. The bed is too hard. Cleanliness and staff

It was a good stay overall. location was my reason since the event was at the Tacomadome. The area around the hotel was not the best. lots of homeless people at round. the hotel warned not to leave any valuables in the vehicle as the possibility of theft was high. The noises of vehicles passing by the interstate were heard through the window. the staff did offer ear plugs which mitigated most sounds except the altered mufflers. Awesome The facilities is an old building that needs modifications to new amenities. Some amenities in this hotel rooms were not working properly. Compared to LaQuinta federal way Washington State. The customer service staff were great. A very good location to downtown shopping. And Business conferences.
