Would stay here again. The surrounding area isn't the greatest, but we brought our own food and snacks and never left the room all night. Check-in was smooth. The room was clean. We liked the TV options. Breakfast was good.
They try their best The location has a lot of homeless encampments around it that are on the side walks so unless you walk on the motorway you cant get through Not really safe to walk anywhere smashed glass all over the side walks, roads etc. Also you hear a lot of traffic noise all throughout the night. The staff were great. The pool was nice.
The stay was good staff were helpful and friendly. Dull construction going on fairly depressing. Nothing pretty to look at. It was ok seen much worse

Very nice accommodating staff in a rather sketchy area that can be loud at times. No fault of the hotel, but the area around the property did not feel safe. I wouldn't recommend families with children to walk from the property to the casino or downtown. The breakfast was nice but some protein like sausage or bacon would have made it much better. It was nice to have an outdoor pool. The staff was also great and accommodating.
