Over all happy, would come back. Good to know a place to feel safe and with friendly customer servi Missed my lazy boy recliner. One of those in each room would provide a great sleeping arrangement for ppl with health conditions. Did not catch much sleep, but oh well. Did it for the kids. Great location, loved wide variety breakfast, but very cold in dining room.
Front desk staff was great! Very personable, great sense of humor, just excellent. Very noisy - too close to the freeway! Ice machine was broken. Soda vending machine only takes cash. Needs to be able to take credit cards. It was Comfortable, welcoming, clean. Enjoyable experience.

One of the staff is not flexible. I forgot her name. They’ll charge you if you will stay till 1 pm without tolerance. Th Almost nothing except one of the staff which was so tough with me. I forgot her name. Good location, quiet and clean. Note: it’s better to rent a car because it’s difficult in Tacoma to get Uber.
Great place to stay and will return :) Nothing honestly The room was very clean and the bed/sheets were very comfortable. Carpet was not gross at all and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The parking lot and grounds were so well kept and we felt safe at all times. The hotel is so convenient for travel being right on the interstate and centrally located, but just enough off of it to not be noisy at all. We loved our stay here!
