Very noisy. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and the windows aren't sealed properly or something, because it sounds like they're open the whole time. The mattresses sucked; we tossed and turned all night. Turning the bath water all the way to hot won't result in hot water; to get it hot, it can only be turned partway toward hot. But the room was clean, we couldn't hear our neighbors on any side, and the waffles at breakfast were really good.

I felt safe, which was a necessity because I was traveling solo. My car felt safe, the front desk staff were polite and nice! I really enjoyed their continental breakfast, and the room was clean! It was just what I needed, because at the time I needed to be downtown for business and it was affordable,safe, in the area I needed!

Great choice. When I arrived the desk clerk thanked me for choosing to be a Wyndham member. When I ran out to my vehicle for a second, the (different) desk clerk auto-opened the door for me so I didn't have to use my key card. A custodian smiled at me! The room was perfect. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the lot is well lit and I expeirenced no issues. I recommend this option in Tacoma.

I did not stay in a room, although I was there for a convention. The place was nice and it was clean and the service was pretty good! I have been to a few other events there and it always seemed like a good place. I would think it would be a good place to at least check out if you plan to visit the area.

The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay. The lobby, restaurant, and room were all clean and inviting. However, the view of the industrial area from my room was a bit disappointing, though I understand the limitations. The real letdown was the food. I ordered the Broiled Salmon Fillet with steamed red potatoes and vegetables to enjoy in my room.
