Very Good Right off the freeway, great pool, lovely staff and property but the area was pretty rough

Pleasant Location is right next to homeless tent city and not in the best area. Floors were pretty dirty but it was a fully packed hotel and tons of people. Staff was super friendly and did a very good job with a fully booked hotel during people panicking due to extreme heat in the area. Dog friendly and gym open as well as pool.

Hotel and staff nice, but probably won't return. Behind the hotel, the street (including hotel parking) had some shady characters and nearby homeless camps. A car alarm/horn was going off and for the first night there was a large group that were noisy. Walls seemed thin as we heard their conversations outside our door and constant running and knocking on the neighbor's door.
