Pleasant Within the building and the actual hotel room itself, it was very nice, the room was clean and well taken care of. They accepted pets, so this was the factor why I stayed The location is awful. The Tacoma Dome/Port of Tacoma area, sadly is ridden with human displacement, security problems, drugs and human trafficking. Exceptional Kristen was very rude I believe that was her name. She had dark hair & was short She had no personality. But every other staff member was awesome! Over all everything
Decent stay, if you’re looking for a night or two but wouldn’t go past that. The rooms were not very clean, crumbs on floor and there was confetti or something hanging on the all’s from the previous guest maybe? Also the bathrooms were really gross, the tub had black stuff in it and there was something that looked like an onion peel on the floor. Idk. Also the alarm clock kept making noises and the lamps by the bed did not work. They didn’t serve breakfast but had to go bags. My kids enjoyed that.

Great price and facilities While not in the best location, the hotel is safe, clean and has very nice rooms. Easy freeway access as well.
