The room was nice and clean. The whole place looked freshly painted and updated. The bed was comfortable. The area was super quiet, there wasn't any street noise. There wasn't a screen on my window so I didn't open the window even though it was a gorgeous April day. I had a nice view from my window. The staff was nice, I checked in around midnight, had to ring a bell and was let in right away. Breakfast was good and the Texas shaped waffles were adorable and tasty :)
Absolutely one of the most disgusting hotels I have been to. The hotel looks terrible inside. The pictures shown online are fake 100%. You would think hotels would go the extra mile to keep the rooms spotless after getting hit with COVID. Never returning. The sheets were used, the tub was falling apart, there was dust and grime on everything. The remote looked like it had food on it. I mean common it’s not hard to clean a room properly even in a quick pace.
The freezer portion of the fridge was covered with about 2+ inches of solid frost, and I didn't notice it the first night but it was cranked completely down to the coldest possible temperature. I feel that that item should be added to the checklist for the house keeping staff, bcuz I sure as heck didn't have time to defrost it when we got to the room, and I unknowingly ended up getting 3 of my 6-pack of beers completely frozen overnight. Overall very nice experience but need to have a Safe Box in the room to store valuables. A little outdated bathroom. The shower was not working well. Other than that no problem everything was perfect
TV did not work over by sofa. Staff except for housekeepers were unfriendly. Location for where we were going was great and a plus they took pets.
