Excellent I didn't like how one of the men at the front desk seemed a little bothered when I asked for utensils. I do understand some people have bad days so he could of been just having a bad day. I like the spread of the breakfast. Was definitely enough options to choose from. My room was also clean and comfortable. Housekeepers gave me what I needed when asked.

Very Good I had to stay at a building that does not have direct connection to the front desk. The front desk staff for the check-in process is very knowledgeable with patient. The breakfast is good. The room is very clean.
