Perfect, will be looking for this brand everywhere n/a probable the best staff, would put in a header to he competition with the Opus or the Jospeph luxury hotel chain

This was almost the perfect hotel in meeting our needs. Would return there. I find the lack of daily housekeeping to be a problem. Room rates have gone up quite a bit, but the lack of daily housekeeping improves your bottom line at the expense of customer needs/wants. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was complete and very good, with long hours. Staff were quite accommodating for requests (eg late check-out).
