comfortable, but computer system was error I made reservation by booking. but it war hard for employee to find out my name on the reservation list. comfortable. clean room, breakfast
100% would stay here again. We got feather pillows when we requested none since my husband is allergic. The clerk downstairs wasn't counting properly when he needed to reimburse me for the money we lost in the vending machine. It was like the hotel was brand new. So many outlets to plug in devices. Loved the bathroom and the desk chair and the huge TV. The whole décor in the room was clean and new.
Very Good To expensive for the quality and cleanliness
Exceptional The outside grounds contained considerable trash from other customers. This provided a negative image in contrast to the excellence inside. Management needs to improve the regular collection and removal of trash - especially on the week-end. The Facility has undergone a complete restoration. The room was bright, airy, newly furnished and modern, the bathroom also pleasant, large and inviting. The staff was welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast was outstanding.
The stay was great and we will be back I didn’t like that we only stayed one night! Loved the staff and the facilities , a lifeguard on duty I loved that even more . It was such a comfortable stay. Super clean , super friendly

Good The walls at La Quinta Elmsford NY, are made thin and we had Very noisy neighbors right next door to us. We ended up moving our room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd. Everything was made fresh !
