Confortable Nous avons adoré! Par contre, lors de notre arrivé tard vers 11h du soir il n'y avait personne a la reception nous avons frappé a la porte du personnelle mais, par surprise lorsque le jeune est sortie il m'a accussé d'être impolie car il était sur le téléphone mais en réalité il dormait et il nous a servie bêtement. Appart sa 10/10 pour l'hotel! Merci Super! Bon petit déjeuner!

LaQuinta-Wyndham Elmsford The early end to breakfast/brunch on weekends. While I was pleased with the upgrades, I was not pleased with all the staff. My family reserved several rooms for Moms 100th Bday after I made my booking, when I called to confirm my dates the rudeness of / female- male staff was not acceptable.. Two days after I left a message for a “manager”, I received a call back. Instead of first apologizing and getting my story she immediately defended her staff member.
