Rooms are nice but 3rd floor had some noisy parents/kids Room doors appear to slam shut when leaving.. To many noisy kids and parents on the 3rd floor. I tolerated the noise and did not complain Nice and clean rooms. Nice location
Good The sheets on the bed felt really worn, they had tiny cotton balls all in the foot area. The light switch fell completely out of the wall. The tub and sink drain were not working properly. The coffee creamers were the worst, they were so hard to open. The lids for the coffee cups were hard to secure on the cups. Furniture in the breakfast area have stains on them, causing them to look dirty. I liked the temperature of the water. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. cleanliness was great, air conditioners were faulty, ONE of the front desk ladies was VERY rude. air conditioner stopped working- sweating all night, wen we tried to change rooms the next day - Jamaican, lady was so rude to my husband. cleaning ladies did an amazing job.
