Pleasant Restrooms needed to be cleaner room situated by ice machine and alot of hall noise Beds very comfy and staff friendly

Very Good When my Husband checked in they didn't want to look at the booking.com confirmation and they charged us the in correct rate price and did not honor the booking.com price which was confirmed by their hotel also the previous day via email when we booked this reservation. We had to work with someone over the phone and present our evidence via email and they did credit our account back after this process but they still didn't give the full amount owed to us. They was suppose to credit us $50.25 and they credited us $45... read more
