We all were disappointed that the pool could not be used during our brief (1 night) stay. The hotel could not find my reservation using my confirmation # from Booking.com. I was able to call Booking.com, they contacted the hotel on my behalf and my reservation was found, but it was very stressful. Then I found out the pool was not functioning (this was the main reason I picked this hotel to stay on New Year's Eve - it is less than 5 miles from my house). felt somewhat comfortable and safe. Great city. verry outdated, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast was just so, so friendly staff
