Enjoyed everything but the excessive fighting and noise from other tenants There was constant fighting from other tenants and sometimes they would fight with the staff. It made the stay really hard to enjoy. Thankfully it was only for one day of my stay. Breakfast, wifi, and the bed

We were in town for a science conference and also to visit the city and were pleased with the value! Our maid forgot to leave washcloths and a bath mat one night. If that's the worst we can say then I call it a successful trip! Location incredibly close to expressways and Tarrytown, where it was was easy to catch a train into the city, complete with free parking. Additionally the staff was incredible when my husband grew ill and we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay.

Despite your staff, we will return! Work on your front desk staff. Lady at the front desk upon check in, and another at check out, gave the impression they didn't want to be there. The day prior to check in, I contacted the hotel and with a question and got the same impression. The rooms are cute and cozy, beds and bathrooms are clean, breakfast is really nice. Really worth the price for a night stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. A little messy because of renovations but I think it will come out really nice once you are done.
