very friendly staff, great price and lovely drive to happening Tarrytown. Would stay there again. leaking air conditioner unit and sticky matter on carpet en route to bathroom make your own waffles were a big hit!
A decent hotel. Needs some attention in certain areas. Over priced for what you get. The rear entrance was messy garbage was full. Not a good pesentation when entering the hotel. The rugs in the lobby and around the hotel need to be cleaned. The elevator floors were sticky. The staff was very friendly and imformative.
Tolerable. Eh Room not ready on time. I had to come back to the hotel TWICE to finally check-in. I was relocated to a quieter room ( noisy neighbors), unfortunately sink was clogged, but we decided not to call management. For a pet friendly hotel, it did not have any pet cushions, the bowls were literally tiny soup bowls, no bag dispensers. I brought my own accessories, but I have stayed at other establishments, at very similar price range, who offer them at no additional cost.
