Only stayed in the room for couple hours so we could be at childrens hospital early in the morning. The room got hot then cold we did not like that You guys was close to the hospital only reason we booked you guys. We just needed some where to sleep so we xould be at hospital early in morning.
Good The heaters in the rooms did not work well. beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Exceptional Bed needs more pillows We missed breakfast, extending it for people who want to sleep in might be nice.
Sufficient for what we needed, but service left a lot to be desired... Pool is only open from 2pm-10pm. The odd time did not make it possible for us to use it. The front desk staff were unprofessional. Upon check in, the agent was inside the office behind the front desk. When he came out to greet us, he was in a white t-shirt and looked a bit unkempt.
