Very beautiful and comfortable Room was very clean even though i wiped down everything. Great heating and air conditioning. Could use some more pillows though. The staff was very nice. We truly enjoyed the breakfast everything was fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Exceptional La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación.
The stay over all was good. Didn’t provide shower caps and the shower head was basically just hanging out a hole in the wall. Breakfast and bed was comfortable.
Was highly satisfied with the stay. The pool was out of service due to maintenance issue from the rain.
Generally good, but some front desk staff were unhelpful Room was not cleaned on the 2nd day - staff were still cleaning at 6:00 PM. Front desk that day was unsympathetic, and not at all helpful. Room was ready when we arrived. Breakfast was better than expected.
Clean site, kind staff, Ill stay on the third floor next time. First level was loud and busy throughout the night. Convenient access, clean.
Exceptional everything
It was a Great stay but when you call for anything need to be on point shouldn’t have to ask twice.. The pool was good workout center could have had been better. TV didn’t have room channels which is odd to me. But all and all Good stay Breakfast was there yummy maybe a danish. Cheese danish yummy. I liked how far away it was. But just when I called room attendant nobody changed sheets or anything like that until I asked the Jamaican lady in the hallway she gave me knew towels and vacuum the rug.
served its purpose there was no shower curtain. the staff was willing to give us a new room but we had already unpacked and settled in. staff could be friendlier location to Sloan Kettering, breakfast
