Overall stay was very nice. If I have to come to New York again, I will prefer to stay here again. The only negative point was smelly washroom. I complained also , but there was always a bad urine smell in washroom. The washroom floor was not fully clean. With the exception of washroom, rest everything was superb. The elevator in main entrance lobby with reception desk did not lead to 2nd and 3rd floor directly. This was not understandable and appears to be bad design. The service was good.
