A decent place that should honor their reservations or inform clients prior to if they can’t be met. Hotel reception did not honor booking.com reservation of a king bed, and was assigned two queens instead. Was told there were no other rooms available, with more than 75% empty lot, it was a little hard to believe and there was no attempt to compensate for the discrepancy rather said to take it up with booking.com.
