Over an hour to check in and nothing but room issues. Was told manager would be calling to discuss all of the inconveniences and issues with rooms causing several room changes and visits to front desk. Call from manager never came. Will not return to this hotel due to lack of customer service from manager. Rooms were updated and clean compared to rest of hotel. Front desk tried very hard to accommodate after numerous issues with room(s).
The room was newly renovated and very clean I would recommend this to anyone The pool was berry clouded
Good hotel, terrible wifi and cellular service. Absolutely zero cellular service inside the hotel. The wifi was spotty at best. The fact that there was no cell service in the hotel is very concerning. I travel a lot with my disabled father and if something had happened in his room he wouldn't have been able to get help unless he was able to reach the room phone. Very Good Hall ways were not vacuumed, no air conditioner in hall ways. They make you sign more papers! Was Newly remodeled as I was told, rooms look nice. Great price in long branch.
Exceptional The molls at the bathrooms! Everything! But some cleaning needed at bathroom!
perfect!! (besides poor ventilation) A/C unit (fan-always-on) controls the temperature but doesn't deliver oxygen. The air unit in bathroom did not intake any air. I had to keep room door open to hallway by 1 inch during entire stay to have enough air for family. On a bright side - I rarely heard any noise from hallway at all. Everything (except lack of fresh air in the room).
Good MY AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM WAS BROKEN WHEN I GOT THEIR THEY DID REPAIR WHICH WAS NICE AND MAYBE THEY COULD HAVE HAD EGGS AND CEREL BUT OVER ALL THESE are all minor AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS HOTEL. MY STAY OVERALL WAS GREAT AND THEY ALLOW PETS.
Okay Is right on the highway, altho not loud. Ants in room, hair in shower. Room smelled like industrial cleaner. Just needed a place to crash for a night so it was fine, but would not want to stay here if on vacation.
BEST VALUE IN LONG BRANCH, N.J. Excellent service, staff was very accommodating to all requests. Very clean, well kept & updated facility. Could not ask for a better hotel at the Jersey Shore!
