Fair Rooms very small. Overall the hotel and the rooms were not very clean. The lobby area has no real area to sit and relax , or play boards games, etc. No other tables in the hotel except outside and it was a cold evening. John at front desk is a nice guy! Breakfast included. Snacks and drinks available for purchsase in lobby area.

Good The room was in good condition. The buffet style breakfast was simple but good quality for morning meal. Making the waffle by myself was an impressive experience!

Exceptional The bed was great. I felt like I was home in my own queen size bed. Unfortunately we didn't wake up in time for breakfast
Good Place is clean but dated Staff was extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating! Pool was small but heated - the kids liked it!
