Pleasant they never changed the sheets we marked them the room needs a new rug the refrigerator was all iced up the air conditioner smelled like mold all the time

clean and comfortable facilities good for a one night stay. check-out time should be 11am instead of 10am. complimentary breakfast is strictly "continental style" but should include hot items as well. also, breakfast should end at 11am instead of 10am.

Wonderful location, Needs a little work! Two out of the three rooms had a funny smell. There were rips in furniture. Needs a refurbishment. Breakfast was too early for leisure guests ( 6am - 9 am ). Convenient to Red Bank, NJ
