RIP OFF and DIRTY!! They will take your money without cause and make up an excuse. From what I can see in other reviews, my experience isn’t uncommon at this location @Wyndham really need to make sure that their franchises are keeping a standard synonymous with the name Wyndham. My partner hates cigarettes so I cannot smoke around him. Therefore I know 100000% we didn’t smoke in the room, plus I know I didn’t. I smoked where everyone else does. 100 feet from my hotel door. Overall it was a very nice hotel. I dont understand the 1 and 2 star reviews. ? It was friendly service and breakfast was good enough. They have a waffle maker , its the same at every hotel, toast, eggs, oj, apple juice etc. Hotel is overall clean. I wish I had known that they had a pool and sauna on the inside but that's my fault for not checking. Do.Not.Stay.Here! Within 5 minutes of checking into our room, we found a bed bug. If that wasn’t bad enough, the comforter and sheets were stained, there’s no elevators, and there was a stench in the place. If this was a $40/ night motel, then obviously, you would expect some things but at $100/ night, basic cleanliness and bug-free should at least be the bare minimum. Worse hotel in Monmouth County. Think twice before making a reservation. I knew the minute I walked in I should have walked out. The smell was so horrible. I check in and met my partner later on. The bathroom was so dirty. BLACK MOLD on the shower curtain. They claimed the bathroom was paint coming off but it was dirty and never cleaned. The bed sheets had a bug and some nasty hair on it. Cockroach’s everywhere over priced and have never been treated so horrible by staff. Rooms don’t come with water and good luck getting one there even if you pay for it. They Refused type of refund. a certain period of my life, I was required to go on work-related trips, which led to me staying at more than 100 different hotels. This was by far the worst all around experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Please avoid at all costs!!!
