We came to La Stella after being in Bologna and eating at a sister restaurant which was our best meal during our 10 days in Italy. Hoping to capture some of that experience at home in Dallas. Nice location, and well appointed interior with lots of open light with good views of the surrounding area. We started at the bar for a couple of house cocktails. From the outset, our dining experience was unparalleled. Our attentive and gracious waitress, Amanda, created a memorable atmosphere. The ambiance was enchanting, with live music providing a romantic backdrop. Richard, a charming host, personally engaged with us, further enhancing our evening. Additionally, the food and cocktails were so incredible! We highly recommend this establishment to our acquaintances and will continue to spread the word.

La Stella is a lovely pre-event dining destination in the Arts District that never disappoints. The food, the service, and the elevated atmosphere are simply wonderful!

This was the first time I had the privilege of sitting at a table. I’m usually so late to making a reservation that I can only get the bar here. Really loved the speed of it all, especially since I headed to the Meyerson right after. And the limoncello was amazing.
My husband and I came here for our 4 year wedding anniversary. We had the MOST memorable night with live music and fabulous service. Our waitress, Amanda c., greeted us with champagne upon arrival and had the best customer service we’ve ever had. We had no idea there was a sommelier on staff to help with wine pairings. Tara was amazing ! She took great care of us and made sure we made it to the Wyly on time yet we never felt rushed. Food was fantastic—we will be back.
