I lived in Reno for 13-years and moved back to San Francisco Bay Area. Whenever I'm in Reno, I invite my friends for dinner and we go to La Strada. We love the food, the ambiance, the service and we never feel like we are being rushed. Before making reservations for 9/21, I asked my friends if they wanted to go somewhere else since we've been dining together here since 1991. They said, NO! We've never had a server we didn't like. This last visit we had Jack and he was great and fun.
We always take our out of town guests to the La Strada for dinner and never disappointed. Had a great dinner and excellent service as always.

Nestor was a great server, and Valentino always kept our water glasses filled and table cleared. We always have a great meal and experience at La Strada!
The BEST Italian dinner we have had in the USA. Impeccable service by friendly, noninvasive staff. We will definitely return to Reno just to dine here! 5-star.
