Making reservations with open table was not easy. The food and restaurant was very good.

The service we received during our dinner at La Strada was outstanding! Our waiter and his helper were very attentive and dishes came out timely. I ordered the spaghetti Carbonara and the sauce was delicious but the pasta was undercooked even for being aldente. My husband ordered the ravioli and it was delicious. The house salad and breads were also very tasty. When I mentioned the undercooked pasta, the waiter responded by giving us a tiramisu dessert on the house. Came to try it out bc I had some resort credit during my most recent stay in Reno. It had pretty good reviews and I like Italian food every now and then so it made sense. Ordered a beer, server poured it so that it had a huge head on it. Surprising, but not a huge deal. I ordered a Caesar salad, and Osso bucco. The Caesar was fine, good, maybe slightly overdressed.
