Christmas Eve dinner was delicious and was served by friendly, competent servers in a lovely holiday atmosphere.
First time visit for Christmas Day dinner. Restaurant is well located away from a lot of the casino noise and traffic. Old school upscale ambience and service. With the exception of the Caesar salad, which was average at best, the other courses were excellent. Good selection of wines in a wide range of (very fair) prices. All in all, a terrific experience and one to add to the list for a nice dinner or hosting guests.
We have been going to La Strada on Christmas Eve for years. We are always treated well and enjoy the food, atmosphere and staff. We were not disappointed again. However, we did feel a little rushed this year, maybe because there weren't enough servers/staff?? But we understood, just sad we felt like we had to hurry (even though we didn't). Biggest complaint is that the El Dorado no longer offers valet parking unless you're a high roller. Enjoyed the service and the food, but they kept playing a poor choice of music, very modern mix of music, which took away from the ambiance. If you are going to play music it should be Italian or of the Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra era.
The server was very attentive and the food was delicious. This restaurant is always a safe bet.

First timers and was so excited to dine before Christmas show and celebrate daughters birthday. It was everything and more! From easy making reservation to greeting, seating, quick service, relaxing atmosphere- best calamari ever, great wine and excellent meal. Absolutely divine perfect evening! Your staff represent restaurant as a10!!!
