How do you describe the Mona Lisa ? The food was exquisite. The lamb chops Perfect and three large ones not the two you Get in San Fran. The ravioli hands down best in the USA .The waitress was very professional and fun, Despite her young age had a great sense of old school Humor . Hey if you re thinking of dining anywhere else in Reno. Fogetttt about it.

This was my first time at La Strada and I will be back. Our server, Cassandra, was excellent. She was able to offer off-the-menu specials and suggestions. The food was delicious and price was reasonable. We had two bottles of wine, which ended up being more than dinner for 3 1/2 of us. I enjoyed the scallops with mushroom risotto. We also loved the mushroom ravioli. And the veal meatball.

Initially, we started to be seated in the “same old area” that we’ve been in the last several times, but we asked for a different area and were seated in a much better area. Alek was our waiter and he was awesome—very personable, efficient, and paid attention to us. The food was delicious, as usual—we each had the Veal Piccata. Our only complaint is that we feel waaaay overdressed each time: the requested attire is “business casual,” yet everyone else was wearing jeans. Was excited to try this place out! Told them several times it was my birthday and they totally forgot. The kitchen staff and the wait staff fought in the background frequently. Our waiter was nice but lacked the attention to detail and rarely checked in on us. Food was good and the ambiance was nice. Overall was disappointed especially for being close to a 200$ meal and won’t be returning.
