We had the specials. Risotto with black truffles and Scallops. Filet mignon with Demi glaz and melted provolone. Both were good but not great. We paired it with the 2017 Duckhorn Paradux which was delicious. For the value we were not disappointed but was par of the course compared to similar restaurants in Las Vegas. Had a great meal. Alexander was our server and he was a joy to chat to and explore the menu with.
Initially, we started to be seated in the “same old area” that we’ve been in the last several times, but we asked for a different area and were seated in a much better area. Alek was our waiter and he was awesome—very personable, efficient, and paid attention to us. The food was delicious, as usual—we each had the Veal Piccata. This was our first time at La Strada. It was such an amazing experience. Your Waitress Jessica was absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend La Strada to everyone! We will definitely be back in the future

Excellent Restaurant for Best Italian dining in Reno, NV. Black Truffle Risotto with grilled scallops....Ummmm!
Was excited to try this place out! Told them several times it was my birthday and they totally forgot. The kitchen staff and the wait staff fought in the background frequently. Our waiter was nice but lacked the attention to detail and rarely checked in on us. Food was good and the ambiance was nice. Overall was disappointed especially for being close to a 200$ meal and won’t be returning.
