It was our anniversary and we were absolutely blown away by the entire team, from the host, busser, our server Kimberly C, to the manager Gary! They were courteous to the fact that we wanted to have a lengthy dinner to enjoy everything from appetizers, dinner, drinks and dessert (we stayed for about 2 hours to enjoy it all). The steak and salmon were so delicious and of excellent quality, especially paired with their wonderful selection of wines. We felt like family because of how special they made our anniversary.

This was the most wonderful experience and level of service we have ever experienced at a restaurant. We had noted in our reservation that it was our parents 56th wedding anniversary. We showed up to the most elegant and VIP service with a candle lit private room with rose petals sprinkled on the table. Our server was absolutely amazing, the food was great and I believe that was the manager grey haired gentleman in blue suit, super friendly. I specifically want to take the moment to thank our server... the older gentleman, he was so nice and professional, really great. He went above and beyond and took care of us before we’d even ask. I want to thank him personally for making our dinner so wonderful. Will be coming back soon.

It is impossible to enjoy LaStrada at the table where we were seated . The room is so loud that speaking with table mates required shouting! Very chaotic room ! It was a busy holiday week end evening . We are local entertaining out of town guests. If I ever return I will most certainly make it known that we prefer a small room . The food could then be appreciated more!

I would recommend La Estrada to anyone that visits Reno. The rose petals on our table were a wonderful surprise for our 41st anniversary. Our server was wonderful, so very attentive and friendly. The meal was awesome and our thanks goes to the chef that prepared it. We could not have had a better time and our gratitude goes to each and everyone of your staff

We have a perfect Room 2210 quiet and a beautiful view. Maid service was excellent. Bed was comfortable bedding was elegant. We forgot our tooth paste and Housekeeping sent us up in no time (2) tooth brushes with tooth paste on the brushes. All sealed up. That was a first for us. We travelled all over the World and have never seen tooth brushes with tooth paste all ready to go. Good deal we were impressed. The Security at the elevators to the rooms was right on.
