Keith ,our server ,went above and beyond to make our family dinner experience a 5 star plus! Keith made delicious suggestions, was prompt in the delivery of our food and provided excellent service during our meal. The mushroom ravioli appetizer was phenomenal and delicious, the osso bucco was very tasty, the meat literally fell off the bone, and the tiramisu was decadent. We live in the Chicago land area and always make a point of having dinner at La Strada when we are in the Reno-Tahoe area. We are usually out there every summer and sometimes in the fall. We love the food, it's always delicious and the wait staff is great. On a side note - we went to Roxy this year for steak. We were really disappointed last year when we heard Sterlings was closing and being replaced by Ruths Chris which we think is just OK. We were staying at the El Dorado and ate at Lastrada for our anniversary dinner. Kimberly, our waitress was superb and all the wait staff was very attentive. I ordered the six course dinner which was excellent, my wife had the mushroom ravioli which was also terrific. The staff sang for us in Italian for our anniversary. The evening and the food were wonderful!
