Phenomenal wine list. Antipasto plate was perfect. Carbonate was on Pointe. Warches a smoke whiskey sour prepared at the table next to us. Great presentation. Recommend!!

The food was great, the service was great and we enjoyed our anniversary dinner together. As a Sicilian American I tend to judge a little more than most when it comes to Italian cuisine. My wife got the risotto and I opted for the baked ziti with meatballs. Both meals were on point and the only criticism I have was with the meatballs. Veal saltimbocca was excellent. My husband had the Seafood Linguine with White Sauce and he said that he really enjoyed it. Excellent service as always. Our favorite restaurant in Reno by far.

This was my second time at La Strada. My first visit was five stars all the way across. This time we had a problem with the air conditioning unit right over our table which made us and our food cold very shortly after it was served. They said they were trying to get it adjusted but that did not happen during our dinner. We started with the fried artichoke antipasta and were not impressed. Not enough sauce and little flavor. The restaurant was moderately attractive for supposedly upscale. Service was very good, friendly. Complimentary bread was good, salad good, wine only fair and too expensive for what it was. Chose the featured mushroom ravioli but disappointed, not as in at least one picture, unattractive, and not that good, especially for the price. Not a good dish upon which to rest their reputation, but maybe they had a better chef at one time.

We come here every year during Italian festival and have had the pleasure of Keith Y on many occasions. He went out of his way to come and say hello to our table even though he wasn’t our server. We had Jack who was also incredible. On Sunday we came back and had Leah, also great and once again Keith came over to say hello and see how our meal was. Can’t say enough good about the doors and above that the service!
