Great hotel, disgusting restaurant, fun bar Staff went out of their way to get me a great room. First room had some issues that were cheerfully remedied. Outstanding front desk. Not so much for the casual restaurant: lazy service and disgusting food, no manager available to remedy situation. Good bar staff - friendly and helpful.

We did t have hot water to shower

The view was laim. Also the bathroom door didn't lock. The casino staff was great much better service then the monarch casino.
