Good upset that every time I stay here there are always unanswered charges on my account so I won’t stay again

Staff was nice, could definitely use some upgrades. it’s pretty dingy and run down, could use an update or lots of them location

Staff is great, hotel is overpriced. It was very inconvenient to get anything. We wanted extra pillows for our room and was told there was a max on how many we could get. (3 was apparently too many) and they said no one would bring them to us. I felt this was odd given that I’ve worked in hotels before and it’s never been the customers job to get an item for their room. We also never had room service come even though we did not have the do not disturb on the door. The staff was great but for over $200, we expected a little m... read more

Very Good I asked for an early check in prior to 4, weather was bad, felt roads were safer driving up early. They wanted a $10 charge for early check-in. Said no, had to put my bags back in the car to wait an hour to check in.
