The activities section of my time here has definitely been the spoon full of sugar to let this horrible, bitter taste of medicine of Facing my addiction go down. Thank you very much for Deborah, our program activities director! She is such a positive influence and smile motivator being as creative as she does with funding provided. If your serious about beating your addiction you are in the right place, a lot of people preach TEAMWORK these people live it. We were fortunate enough to be accepted by Laguna Treatment Hospital they accepted my service dog with open arms. Everyone has made us feel safe @ home & given us a second chance at life, When you hit bottom this is the place you want to end up. If your serious about your recovery, they will give you the tools and support to keep you from relapsing.

Laguna Treatment Hospital excels in its’ staff. They treat the patients like humans that have a disease, not like most of society does...as criminals. They are compassionate, caring and thoughtful. The accommodations have gone downhill however. We no longer even have Kleenex and this is a place where people are crying often. The towels and washcloths are raggedy and have holes, as does the bedding.
