The overall experience is wonderful. One gripe. Genial my floor mgr. frankly she is not accessible at all. I tried to reach her for 5 days and finally when she showed up this past Sunday at 4 it was my checkout date. I decided to stay 2 more days. She never knew. Absolutely horrible and not right. Others on our floor have had her with same outcome. Other than that thanks all so much.
Great fun
Deborah continues to bring fun to the end of our day with the best activities and games! She takes so much pride and is so passionate in coordinating these nights to ensure we come together as a group and are always smiling :) Can’t wait for tomorrow
