I appreciate the staff sharing personal stories of recovery and the positive affirmations reminding me of how far I have come.
Every staff member has been amazing. From the cooks in the kitchen, to the TA’s on the floor, to the counselors. They all genuinely care and will always take the extra time to talk. I wish there was a little bit more structure as far as speaking with therapists or case managers. It seems that part of the schedule is the biggest unknown for the patients. Overall a great experience.
I have really enjoyed my treatment at LTC. I feel ready to start my life in the outside world. I appreciate the care from Ana, Jon, Bijon, and Elvira. Nurse Mia, Lea, and Olga were the best. Our counselors were top notch, especially Janice. She is wonderful like a real teacher. I would improve more vegetarian choices for those that don’t eat meat and the Fun Coordinator’s activities were disorganized with no prizes. She also scheduled them during the AA meetings. Can always count on comfort and safety. Effective and entertaining groups. Also Meagan the therapist will save you life, JaNeal the case worker will make sure you have an effective stay she will make sure you get as much time as you can possibly get to stay and make a great after care plan, gives it all she’s got for each client she has.
