I was so terrified when I arrived. I was welcomed with open, compassionate and caring arms by Michelle and Nicole. My stay has been marked by nothing but kindness.
It could always be worse
The facility is great and does a great job with doing their work.
Laguna treatment hospital does a good comfortable detox and has nice beds and the staff is friendly and really cares. They also let you choose how long you stay and don’t force you to do anything you don’t want to
Everything is good but Meds need better nurses

Great staff, great food! The only thing is there was a problem almost every day handing out the meds.
Decent food. Occasionally short staffed for groups. Most the the staff care.
