Need fans outside when it’s hot, nurses to communicate better
I had a great experience at Laguna. The nurses were extremely attentive and the facility is very clean. I feel this is a great stepping stone for my future. I recommend this to anyone that wants to have a cleans and sober life.
In general a very good experience detox went well for me and I can’t stop smiling and laughing a fun place to get sober but very serious I’m just staying one week of recovery by choice just because it’s becoming like a vacation . Had very good interactions with the staff a lot of smiles a lot of laughter sometimes it’s better to laugh than cry thank you very much.
Staff, food, and groups are wonderful at this place.
Stuff so far has been good it’s a nice safe sober place. All the people here are really nice and great to deal with.
I’ve only been here for less than 8 hours, but I’m scared and I feel like here hasn’t been much direction since the intake forms.
Only been here for a day. Overall the facility is wonderful. Everyone is very nice from patients to employees. I feel safe, welcomed and cared for here. My only complaint would be that my “stay” here has not been fully explained to me (length, etc.). My bags took 10 hours to get. I know there is a security process to go through, but I wish I would have been able to grab some essential items prior (book, phone charger, and a spare change of clothes. Warm welcome and accommodating welcome staff - good safe routine to detox but follow up with creating action plans for next stages was a bit lacking. Overall a very clean and safe space with good meals.
Laguna Treatment center kept me sober for an entire year. The staff is very relatable and understanding. They do not overwhelm you and are more than willing to sit down and listen to you. I recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction. The people here become family. I thank God everyday that I found this place.
