Majority of the staff are absolutely amazing, however I feel some staff do not care or don’t have empathy for the patients. Overall, I’m pleased with my treatment!
Very understanding and compassionate staff. From entry, to room and board, treatment and food staff. Only suggestions: have ice machines on residential floors and a much better understanding of cost prior to entry.
Wonderful place for treatment
It’s an excellent start to a new beginning. I have yet to meet a client I couldn’t get along with and I believe that’s because of the scrutiny put in to choosing there clients, not that they don’t give everyone they can an chance. I have just met a lot of quality people trying to help them selves and Laguna treatment center does everything they can to provide them with a chance at a new start. I have enjoyed being here. The nurses try to be helpful some staff can be annoying and others very kind. Accomodations are good. At least, we don’t have to share a bathroom with more than 3 people. They maintain the hallways clean and rooms as well. We get clean drinking water and other beverages options as well. We have a nighttime snacks as well. Overall, I would recommend this place for the community and staff in general.

The staff goes above and beyond! I had a rough start, however as I stayed patient the staff supported me.
