They are the WORST Dental Office, I’ve ever encountered. Some of the staff need an attitude adjustment, just to name a few “Maira (Office Manager) and Areli (Financial Coordinator).Their UNPROFESSIONAL attitudes makes them the WORST office. I WILL continue to spread to anyone, NOT to give them your business. My final suggestion, People, improve your attitude because if your DON’T, your business will CRUMBLE!!!!
I am having serious problems with the tooth they worked on after my visit. They refused to sent my records over to my regular Dentist. They told me they would charge me $25.00 for me to receive my own records. It turns out that is not legal. They can charge an Insurance company etc but not the individual whose medical records they belong to. They have admitted loosing my personal information. Also, a legal issue.
