I had a tooth that broke off during the SuperBowl. And my cousin recommended Lake Arbor Dental. I called the next morning & was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr McRae & Johnny were fantastic! They were able to give me a temporary fix until my “real” tooth comes in. I felt no pain or discomfort. They were very professional & friendly. My visit today Tuesday, 1/12/3021, was outstanding. I really appreciate the excellent and friendly staff service, the cleanliness of the office, the COVID-19 protocols. I especially appreciated the extra time that Dr. McRae and his Assistant Johnnie took to handle my dental problem so that they could alleviate my pain today, instead of having me make another appointment to come back another day for my procedure. The dental office is run very efficiently. Due to covid, extreme measures are taken to ensure the safety of all patients. The staff is extremely friendly while being very professional. Dr. Terrell, my dentist , is very personable and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend. Dental experience is always handled professionally, gently and compassionately with care. Never a bad experience; you should choose LADA, too!
